ISO7762FQDBQRQ1 General Description

Featuring a robust six-channel design, the ISO776x-Q1 devices are at the forefront of digital isolator technology with impressive isolation ratings of 5000-VRMS and 3000-VRMS per UL 1577. These isolators have undergone rigorous certification processes by VDE, CSA, TUV, and CQC, underscoring their compliance with industry standards. Designed for optimal electromagnetic immunity and minimal emissions, the ISO776x-Q1 family excels at isolating CMOS or LVCMOS digital I/Os while consuming low power. The isolation channels are equipped with a double capacitive silicon dioxide (SiO2) insulation barrier that ensures reliable signal transmission. Various pin configurations allow for customization, enabling different channel orientations based on application requirements. In case of power or signal loss, the default output behavior is tailored to the device suffix, ensuring consistent performance in all scenarios
