Description

The ISO776x-Q1 digital isolators are designed to provide high-performance and reliable isolation for CMOS or LVCMOS digital I/Os. With 5000-VRMS (DW package) and 3000-VRMS (DBQ package) isolation ratings per UL 1577, these devices offer high electromagnetic immunity and low emissions at low-power consumption. The family of devices is certified according to VDE, CSA, TUV, and CQC, ensuring their reliability and safety in automotive and industrial applications. Available in 16-pin SOIC and SSOP packages, the ISO776x-Q1 devices are versatile and suitable for a wide range of designs
