4700 uf most were in fact 4800 uf. Esr is low.

The module is good and convenient to set up, but it is very heated even at 1 a output current.

Great! The module was packed in an antistatic package and wrapped with a pup. Works fine, batteries discharge up to 2,5 v, qc works, at least 9 volts output issued.
