General Description

Featuring input PWM modes including 6x, 3x, 1x, and independent options, this device simplifies interfacing with controller circuits. Configuration settings for the gate driver and device are easily customizable through either the SPI or hardware interface. Additionally, a low-power sleep mode helps achieve minimal quiescent current consumption. Internal protection functions ensure reliable operation by addressing potential issues such as undervoltage lockout, charge pump faults, MOSFET overcurrent, gate driver faults, and overtemperature conditions. The nFAULT pin provides indication of any faults, with detailed information accessible through the device registers for the SPI variant
