General Description

Whether used as a standalone driver or integrated within an op amp feedback loop, the BUF634A ensures high-precision output with the ability to handle large capacitive loads. With a low quiescent current of 1.5 mA in low-power mode, this buffer maintains a high slew rate of 3750 V/µs for rapid signal response. In wide-bandwidth mode, the quiescent current increases to 8.5 mA to support the impressive 210 MHz bandwidth
