The BGU6009/N2 is, also known as the GPS1002M, a Low-Noise Amplifier (LNA) for GNSS receiverapplications in a plastic leadless 6-pin, very thin small outline SOT1230 package. TheBGU6009/N2 requires only one external matching inductor and one external decouplingcapacitor.
