The ADuM6132ARWZ-RL is a cutting-edge isolated half-bridge gate driver that utilizes the highly advanced iCoupler® technology from Analog Devices, Inc. This innovative technology enables the ADuM6132 to serve as an isolated high-side driver with a built-in 275 mW high-side supply. The integrated supply, powered by an internal isolated dc-to-dc converter, not only drives the ADuM6132 high-side output but also supports any external buffer circuitry typically used with the ADuM6132. This unique feature eliminates the need for costly and space-consuming external supply configurations such as a bootstrap circuit, while also enhancing overall performance
