The ADUM1445ARQZ-RL7 is an integral part of Analog Devices, Inc.'s lineup of micropower, 4-channel digital isolators, which also includes the ADuM1440, ADuM1441, ADuM1442, ADuM1445, ADuM1446, and ADuM1447. These isolators leverage the cutting-edge iCoupler® technology, combining high speed, CMOS, and air core transformer technologies to deliver exceptional performance compared to traditional optocoupler devices. With a current per channel of less than 10 μA in standard operating mode with internal refresh enabled, and less than 1 μA with internal refresh disabled, the ADUM1445ARQZ-RL7 offers outstanding energy efficiency for applications requiring digital isolation
